We are currently representing a national company seeking to add an experienced Industrial Contract Recruiter to their staff due to expansion. This assignment is on a contract basis.

This individual will be assisting to staff our client s upcoming projects throughout the US with industrial personnel as they enter their peak season. The position requires a strong background in industrial recruitment as well as experience working extensively with job boards, excel, and applicant flows. This is a great opportunity for an eager and ambitious individual who would be interested in developing and automating their recruiting processes. This position is responsible for working with multiple branches to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, developing staffing strategies, preparing and posting jobs in ATS, managing open positions and relationships with internal customers and vendors, sourcing for talent, assessing candidate matches, coordinating interviews, branding and promoting job opportunities through approved social media channels, job search aggregators, internet postings, networking, referrals, and other highly visible recruiting resources.

Minimum 2 - 5 years recruitment experience (must be in the last 18 months) in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment
Strong customer service skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of organization.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office applications and applicant tracking systems.
Flexible and creative with a positive, high-energy attitude.
Social media recruiting skills.
