Meador Staffing is currently representing a client located in beautiful Webster, TX. They are looking to add an experienced Office/Accounting Manager to their dynamic team. A successful candidate must possess refined writing, speaking, and communication skills. In addition, this professional must maintain exceptional administrative/organizational skills and be customer service oriented.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) Accounting Software or similar accounting software
Minimum of 5 years office administration
3 5+ years A/P, A/R, purchasing and related experience
People management coaching
Budgeting and resource planning
Developing business and service metrics
Negotiation and presentation
Strong math and statistics knowledge
Responsibilities include:

Manage all administrative staff
Assist management with resolution of customer concerns
Ensure accounting is completed in a timely and efficient manner (e.G. Sales Tax payment &
reporting; A/P; Invoicing; Collections; PO management; CC & Expense report reconciliation;

Monitor & reconcile Inventory
Manage/Schedule Site Compliance
Assist remote Technicians with scheduling and site access
Manage/Maintain vendor relations
Work closely with GSM, SM, A/RM to effectively and quickly resolve any issues
